We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.

3. Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice. Where pricing errors occur, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout where required by law.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, you are authorised to use the selected payment method, and payment information is valid. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are subject to the following:

Within 24 hours of ordering (before dispatch): Contact us at info@ellgravia-london.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

After 24 hours or once dispatched: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. You must receive the item and follow the returns process in our Returns Policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

Where a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to a failed delivery caused by the customer, a handling and return logistics fee will be deducted from any refund issued, as follows:

• Orders up to £50 — £10.00 deduction
• Orders between £51 and £100 — £20.00 deduction
• Orders over £100 — £25.00 deduction

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy and Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In summary:

• We do not operate a standard returns service. Our warehouse is located in China and all return shipping costs are the customer's sole responsibility.
• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are refunded or replaced in full within 30 days — no return required.
• The statutory 14-day right to cancel is honoured. Customers wishing to exercise this right must return the item at their own cost.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after 14 days of receipt.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights that cannot be excluded, including:

• The right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• The right to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Protection against unfair contract terms under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects or limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. However, if you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, you will also benefit from mandatory UK consumer protection provisions. In the event of any conflict, mandatory UK consumer law provisions shall prevail in respect of your consumer rights.

15. Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us at info@ellgravia-london.com in the first instance to resolve any dispute. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, UK consumers may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or seek redress through the UK courts.
